The 94-year-old Ebihara Shoten, an important building in the Chiyoda Ward landscape that is usually hard to access, and the Chiyoda Seiga Nursery School will be opened for a dance performance and drawing session. There is no fixed way to see the performance; you can stand or lie down as you like!
