3歳のころより児玉克洋・宮木百合子の元でバレエを始め、16歳よりアメリカのMiami City Ballet Schoolにフルスカラーシップを得て留学。卒業後帰国し大学在学中は、日本バレエ協会各公演（旅公演・都民芸術フェスティバル・ヤングバレエ等）にソリストとして出演。 受賞歴としては、全日本バレエコンクールシニア第2位・東京新聞コンクールシニア第5位 大学卒業後、2011年より、メキシコにあるBallet de Monterrey入団。 Ｇバランシン・Ｊキリアン等のすべてのレパートリーに出演し、そのほとんどでソリスト・主役を踊る。 2016年に同バレエ団を退団。現在はフリーランスダンサー/インストラクターとして東京で活動。 日本ではこれまでに　池上直子、遠藤康之、大手可奈、キミホハルバート、児玉北斗、柳本雅寛等の作品を踊る。 趣味で手作りバレエスカートを製作・販売。

She began studying ballet with Katsuhiro Kodama and Yuriko Miyaki when she was three years old. She studied at Miami City Ballet School on a full scholarship. After graduating, she returned to Japan and performed with the Japan Ballet Association while in college. She has performed as a soloist at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Festival, Young Ballet, etc. She has received awards such as the second place in the All Japan Ballet Competition and the fifth place in the Tokyo Shimbun Competition. After graduating from university, she joined Ballet de Monterrey in Mexico in 2011. She has performed in all the repertoire of G Balanchine, Jiri Kylian, etc., as a soloist/leading role in most of them. She left the ballet company in 2016, currently works as a freelance dancer/instructor in Tokyo. In Japan, she has danced the works of Naoko Ikegami, Yasuyuki Endo, Kana Ote, Kimiho Halbert, Hokuto Kodama, Masahiro Yanagimoto and others. Making and selling handmade ballet skirts as a hobby.
